MindBE Education
Founded by Dr Helen Maffini
MindBE helps schools and teachers work in a calmer, more sustainable way. Its longest-running strand is the MindBE Curriculum, a mindfulness and social-emotional learning programme for early years and primary settings, used in schools around the world and available in several languages including Arabic. Alongside it, MindBE runs practical AI training that cuts down the admin load on a teacher's week, plus whole-school programmes and leadership consulting.
Dr Helen Maffini has spent more than 30 years in international education across 21 countries. Her doctoral research at the University of Bath examined mindfulness in the preschool years, she has written four books, and her work has been featured by the BBC and Mindful.org.
